Conducted Voltage is calculated by adding LISN factor and Cable loss to the measured reading.

Basic equation
RESULT = READING + c.f
c.f = LF + CF

where,
RESULT = conducted voltage(emmision level)

Reading = EMI receiver reading

c.f = correction factor
LF = LISN factor
CF = cable loss + Pulse limiter loss

Conclusion,

RESULT = receiver reading + LF + CF
RESULT = receiver reading + LISN factor + cable loss + Pulse limiter loss
